Item seems OK although can't imagine many people buy Christmas trees in February so haven't really tried it out - will let you know in 10 months time.
ParcelForce delivery slightly iffy, but in the end OK.

This is unfortunately my second review on this company, after the horrendous customer service regarding returning the tree now we still haven’t received the refund of £117.00. The item was posted on the 22nd December and here we are on the 18th February and no refund. The order number is 160535. Please sort this out. I am unable to contact you through any other channel so have to resort to this platform.

Great value and excellent quality products

have been trying to contact them for nearly month re damaged baubles - they don't respond. Love the product shame about the customer service

Requested 4 items and were received with 5 days. All good quality and packaged very well. I have used this company on a number of occasions.

Amazing to see that they only respond to 5 star reviews!! ‘Thank you so much this and that’ but no response to when the rating is 1-3 star…..again fake reviews! I have repeatedly advised to stay away from this scam of a company due to my experience with them on one occasion. It is no coincidence that the products and customer service are the areas people keep saying about! Again….stay well clear of this scam of a company!!!

Very happy with the product, well packed and very pleased with the quality. I would recommend this item but would suggest it is handled carefully as it is delicate.

Attractive gunmetal large glass onion baubles plus silver twin bells garland ordered using £10 gift voucher for reviewing previous xmas decorations ordered.
These were the baubles I wished to purchase but had sold out.
Excellent quality, design & value for money

The delivery service is superb, the only dowside I have in dealing with this company is I have requested for a telephone conversation with a staff member, but was told this is not possible. I realise technology has come on a long way, but sometimes a human voice exchange is all it takes to solve a problem.

Received dysfunctional Christmas lights. Nothing like on the advert. Contacted the Customer Service, but they refuse refunding the full amount. Scam.

Amazing gifts whether in a sale or not, I can't wait for restock of items as there were a few I couldn't get .

Bought in the sale at a great price as a gift. Easy to order and delivered quickly. So happy with this purchase It is lovely.

The worst customer service I have ever received.

I ordered a Christmas rope light which arrived damaged and not working, no transmitter plug , the box was flimsy and torn.
Emailed the company explaining my concerns, received a formal email back stating I should return product.
I explained this was not possible as parcel was too large, Sorry nothing we can do about that (they even suggested that I ask friends and family for help to return the item)

This situation began December 10th 2022 and is still ongoing!,,
I am going to contact the Citizens Advice.

I will post an update later.

Awful company. Even to the point that the email they send asking for a review DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO CLICK 1 STAR. They’ve literally programmed the emailed to redirect you to their site when you click it.
